The Garden Court Apartments feature luxurious two bedroom units in a newer, controlled access property with covered parking on 4th Street in San Pedro. This is a pet friendly community and we welcome our cat friends. We also provide Wi-Fi internet access for our tenants!

The building was originally built for condominiums, and each unit has 2 master bedrooms. Some units have been completely redecorated by a local designer and feature granite counters, travertine floors and cherry wood cupboards in kitchens, and a fireplace. Elevator access makes them perfect for seniors to share.

Great location close to art galleries, dining, the Warner Grand Theatre, grocery store, and only minutes away from Cabrillo Marina and beach where you can enjoy sailing, kayaking, or windsurfing. Convenient access for commuting -- the Harbor Freeway (110) is minutes away, Long Beach is just across the Vincent Thomas Bridge, public transportation is readily available. Find out more about the great community of San Pedro.
